KD4NED's AnyTone Codeplug (Cleveland, TN Area Codeplug)
In order to assist those in my local area with AnyTone radios who want to get on the air quickly, and with the most flexibility, I am making available a modified version of the codeplug I use personally. The only difference here is that I've removed my radio ID/callsign, some LMR frequencies I'm authorized to use (and any of their associated information, DMR IDs, encryption keys, etc.) Aside from that, the rest is intact.
What does this codeplug include?
The following items are included in my codeplug:
- Amateur radio repeaters (analog and DMR) for Cleveland, Chattanooga, Knoxville, most of East Tennessee, and portions of North Georgia.
- GMRS, FRS, and MURS simplex frequencies
- Local GMRS repeaters
- North Georgia GMRS Network Repeaters (note, a membership is required to use these)
- Amateur radio simplex (analog and DMR) frequencies
- Cleveland Utilities electric division DMR (receive only) - useful to monitor when your power is out!
- DMR Hotspot
What do I need to do when I load this?
Before using the codeplug, you'll need to edit the radio ID to have your name and callsign. The default cannot be used! You'll also want to edit the power-on message.
